Handmade Jewelry by BeaderBubbe

Morning all! Hope everyone is enjoying a very festive start to the month of July! Happy Canada Day for a few days ago, and of course Happy 4th of July for tomorrow!
I have had reason to celebrate this week all the way from here in the UK as it has been my little man's 4th birthday! And in essence he has had 2 birthdays (lucky monkey!) since his "real" one fell on a weekday (we saw Kung Fu Panda 2! ... So cool!), and we hosted his epic fancy dress party yesterday (hosted by Wilma Flinstone and Batman of course... oh the awesomeness!). I will have a post about it in a few days, and images too! But yes as a result my week has been full and this post is obviously late for which I apologise!

So for today I have the work of BeaderBubbe to show my readers. Enjoy!

Agnes is a very busy all round crafter, Mother and Grandmother hailing from Brooklyn, USA. Agnes is very passionate about jewelry making and hopes to make it a full time career once she has retired for which I believe is a wonderful long term plan towards doing what you love most. Her shop is full of variety as she is keen to use lots of different mediums and try new things like polymer clay, beads, crystals and much more. Although being primarily her handmade jewelry pieces, you can even discover her new hand painted SuzieQ apparel! Be it bracelets, earrings, necklaces, or cool toddler clothes, there's lots to browse and enjoy from her store. My favourite are her bracelets as i love how the beads have been strung together in a neat and uniformed way, using natural gemstones which would look amazing with any of my more dressy and sophisticated outfits, or even some of my more casual summer tops and dresses to make make them look very cool and bohemian :) I love being able to accessorize outfits and it's lovely that there are so many one of a kind pieces to choose from that could suit much of my wardrobe.

BlueForestJewellery

Tuesday - BESTeam Mosaic
weekly shoutout to the dedicated workers that like to help other handmade artists...

BlueForestJewellery on Etsy... I have been unable to help the Oooooo's and Ahhhhh's exiting my mouth this morning from visiting my fellow BESTeam members store, because not only are they next door to my city in the UK, but their work is just wonderful! (And way to manage getting those fab photos on the lack of sunny days we're getting!) I love finding UK sellers and when they're fellow Midlanders I do get quite excitable! Etsy is such a large community but it's a shame not so many of us across the seas know of eachother as much as in know I am familiar with so many US and Canadian sellers, so yes it is always nice to find a local Etsian (hello from Birmingham!) :)
BlueForestJewellery on Etsy has a gorgeous collection as you will see in the mosaic, of delicately pieced gemstone jewelry and has a wonderful eye for putting together each of the precious stones in both formation and color. Stunning work! Well worth visiting this store!

And BlueForestjewellery's Blog
... Has a lovely light and bright design that is a dream to browse through and great for learning more about the seller's handmade work and presence in the handmade community both in and outside of Etsy. There are also plenty of lovely product photographs to enjoy and tempt you into visiting the listings directly so I think that blueforestjewellery's blog is worth visiting too when you have a moment!

I'm back from the shadowy depths of last year! And with an Etsy Shop!

As I am notoriously rubbish at ever being a good internet devotee, my blog has been collecting cobwebs from last year, and now I feel pressured to not only fulfill forgotten promises on here, but I must revamp things a little!

I was quite mortified to come on here and see how I had left things, which isn't unusual for me having to jump up every five seconds to separate my son from any nearby pointy objects. But it is something that frustrates me terribly, particularly when Christmas came along. Man, I was nuts! Set myself way too much to do (all handmade objects for presents... EEK!).

Saving the details of that, and reviewing how I have been lately, I think it's safe to say that I am ever so slightly disorganised :( and need to make that one hefty opposite!

So... Lets see if I can manage this... I have an Etsy shop http://moonangelnay.etsy.com/ which you can have a look at if you wish.
It's probably the only thing I have tried really REALLY hard to look into regularly, so I am quite proud to say I can manage my time sometimes! Lol! But any mum will know just how demanding things can be when you do the full time thing which means not much TV for them, plenty of hands on learning, day trips, mess!!! So my etsy shop is a real achievement and worth a mentioning! Thankyou if you do have a look in though! I hope you like what I do! Plenty of digital art, photo retouching, creative photography, embroidered jewelery, crochet flower brooches, pet portrait commissions, abstract art, gemstone jewelery, macrame jewelery, leather corset/waspie style belts, and leather baby/toddler belts. A huge variety I know but I love to create! It's just something I have always enjoyed be it fine art, textile or digital!

So this is a new day, and despite my lack of knowledge on the art of blogging I do feel that maybe I can handle this after all! We'll see...

Love and Light,

until tomorrow...

Nay x
